We’re currently securing funding and a space, and targeting a late fall 2024 opening for the bathhouse.

Our location search has taken us across the Madison-area and back again, but we’re pleased to announce we have narrowed down our options and think you will love the location too!

  • What add-ons are available for my session?

For +$30 you can also have your own private infrared sauna for use.

We will provide towels, robes, and sandals. Non-glass water bottles are optional, and we will have a water refilling station.

  • What's the etiquette?

Be respectful. We will have a bathhouse code of conduct for every guest that supports harmonious use of our shared spaces.

Stow your phone. All shared-spaces in the Sauna Bathhouse are tech-free. Don’t worry, we’ll have the perfect pre-bathhouse space for your Saunaday selfie.

Take a moment to reflect. Saunaday will designate some “Mostly Quiet” areas, including one of the public saunas.

Keep it clean. Prior to using the sauna, cold plunges, and hot mineral soak we request everyone rinses off.

  • How do I use the Sauna Bathhouse?

    We suggest the following

    1) Hot rainhead shower

    2) Choose your sauna of choice

    3) Salt scrub shower

    4) Cold plunge

    5) Hydra for refreshments and relaxation, or a dip in the hot mineral pool if it suits you

…and repeat the full cycle again. As far as time spent in each space, we suggest everyone tap into their inner knowing. 5-minutes in the cold plunge may be one person’s euphoria and another’s personal hell. Make the experience your own.
