Inside the Cedar Sauna, breath becomes its own ritual. Focused breathing in the heat helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, and deepen the body’s natural restoration. It’s also an invitation to be fully present—reconnecting with yourself, and with a community of like-minded bathers moving through the same slow rhythm.
As an added bonus, from 5–8pm, the Forage Kitchen team will be serving power bowls for our guests—exactly what your body will be calling for after a few rounds of heat and cold. Protein Bowls are first come, first served.

Times: Drop-in breathwork sessions begin at 6:00, 6:40, and 7:20 PM. Schedule your Bathhouse reservation to overlap with any of these times, and you’ll be invited to step into the Cedar Sauna for guided breathwork—no separate booking or added fee required.
