Sauna brain, we get it! If you forget to check-out, we will just automatically charge your card on file for the session fee. We reserve the right to charge an additional session for repeat offenders, or those that stay well past their reserved time.  Don't want to leave?  We don't blame you, inquire at the front desk for availability of the next session.

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation any time up to 24 hours prior to your reservation start time. Within 24 hours, we cannot cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are responsible for 100% of appointment value. Bookings made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for cancellations or rescheduling. To reschedule or cancel your reservation, log into your online account, texting us (number to come), or email hello@sauna.day 24 hours in advance.

Enhancements are add-ons to our core experiences. First reserve your Bathhouse or Private Suite session, then select the add-ons you are interested in: Hinoki Hot Soaks, Infrared Sauna, or a Mud & Mask Kit. If an add-on isn’t available for the date and time selected, it will not show as an option. If you need support booking an add-on, please reach out to our team directly by emailing hello@sauna.day.

#1 (The most important) | Take care of our community. Be mindful of other guests' comfort. Refrain from any inappropriate and intimate behavior while maintaining personal space. In the spirit of community, we do not restrict conversations among friends outside of our Quiet Mornings, which are from 7am-12pm on weekdays. That said, please be aware of the vibe and adjust your interactions accordingly.

#2 | Embrace the time offline. To preserve tranquility and privacy, tech is only allowed in reception and our private suites.

#3 | Hydrate your beautiful self. Drink ample water before, during, and after your Saunaday. As always, listen to your body. If you feel unwell, immediately seek assistance from a member of our team. 

#4 | Wear a swimsuit. Saunaday is an all-gender communal bathhouse. If you forget your swimsuit (it happens), we may have options available for purchase.

 #5 | Mind the time. Be considerate of others waiting, especially for our higher demand amenities, and rotate through the spaces as needed. Please also mind check-in and check-out times. If you miss your check-out time, we may need to charge for the next session.

#6 | Wash your spirit (and body) clean. We request that all guests shower before and after use of saunas, steam saunas, and cold plunge. This not only helps you rinse away toxins, dirt, and odors, it also helps us maintain the highest level of cleanliness and quality.

#7 | Pack light. Outside food, beverages, towels, and bathing products are not permitted. Apart from your water bottle, please leave all personal items in your locker. We will provide everything necessary for your bathhouse experience, but should you want to enhance your stay please see our retail space for a wide selection of bath products and refreshments carefully selected for safe and effective use in the bathhouse.

#8 | Care for our communal spaces. We strive to maintain a beautiful healing environment for all. Please handle our shared amenities and equipment with care, including dropping towels in the laundry after use, and wiping down wet or sweaty benches and chairs.

Our community is the most important thing. We reserve the right to ban any guests who disregard our community rules, or exhibit any aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior towards other guests or our employees. If you feel unsafe for any reason, please tell a guest services attendant.

We strive to offer an inclusive and accessible space for all people. This includes the installation of a wheelchair lift and transfer walls to access our cold plunge pool and Hinoki Hot Soak; as well as accessible lockers, restrooms, change rooms, shower rooms, saunas, and steam room. We request anyone requiring accessible assistance in our facility to reach out to us directly (hello@sauna.day), so that we can ensure you are booked in our accessible amenities, and that you have all the information you need to have a smooth experience. If you would like to bring a companion to assist you in navigating our space, they will receive free access.

Yes you can! A private event means you will have the entire Bathhouse to yourself for two hours . You can bring a group up to 50 people in the space and we will work with you regarding the specifics of your event. Please drop a note to hello@sauna.day with your request, include as many details as possible, and we will provide pricing.
