A self-guided experience designed to ease your nervous system, gently deep clean, and illuminate your skin. Featuring a wellness shot, a full body exfoliating Moor Mud treatment in the steam sauna, and cool collagen eye masks to extend that radiant Saunaday glow—inside and out. We’ve partnered with two of our favorite clean skincare brands, Cause Medic and Knesko, to perfect this exclusive experience for Saunaday.

How to 
glow up

Grab yourself a Mud & Mask Kit from our reception desk, and let’s get started. How long you take on each step is up to you, but let’s plan for around 20-25 minutes. As always, please be considerate when using muds and scrubs in The Bathhouse, using our hand sprayers and showers to wash away any residue from your treatment products.

STEP 1

Cold Pressed Wellness Shot

For an immediate and overall relaxation effect on your central nervous system, begin with a wellness shot of cold-pressed ginger, cayenne, ashwagandha, cordyceps, lion's mane, and full-spectrum herbs. Cause Medic’s Wellness Shot provides the ultimate dose of roots, fruits, and adaptogenic mushrooms to ease you into a blissful state even before your Bathhouse ritual begins. Everyone’s different, but expect the calming effect to lingers for 4-6 hours. 

Please note that if you are sensitive to spice from ginger or cayenne, we recommend diluting in our filtered hot water.

STEP 2

Moor Mud Mask

After an exfoliating rinse in our Cedar Salt Scrub Shower, enter the Steam Sauna where the heated belly stone, soft lighting, cool water basins, and many hand-sprayers are made for getting dirty with this full-body mud experience. Apply the mud all-over your body to gently deep clean and illuminate, with a blend of organic ingredients. This includes Moor Mud—a rare, nutrient-rich black mud crafted by nature from the gradual ripening of herbs, flowers, and other plant matter over five to ten thousand years. Moor mud is revered for its therapeutic properties by spas around the world.

  • Lavender Oil: A natural analgesic that helps treat issues caused by oily skin.

  • Olive Green Clay: Cleanses and purifies the skin. Kelp Extract: Loaded with antioxidants to help protect the skin.

  • Hemp Seed Oil: Deeply moisturizing with antioxidants.

STEP 3

Jade Eye Mask

Find your favorite lounge chair or Hinoki Hot Soak, and apply the cool Green Jade Eye Mask. This collagen treatment instantly soothes and refreshes delicate skin around the eyes.

Each thick eye mask is biodegradable—after use, choose to dissolve the mask in hot water or add to your Hinoki Hot Soak to enjoy the added benefits of marine collagen and skin-nourishing ingredients.

Each mask is generously filled with serum, so we recommend using every drop on your neck, chest, arms, legs, or anywhere else you could use some TLC.

Mud & Mask Kit

  • Limited quantities of Mud & Mask Kits are available at time of online booking, as an add-on to a Bathhouse or Private Suite reservation. Should one not be available at your booking time, please reach out in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • While this largely varies from person to person, the effects typically last between four to six hours. This can vary based on dosage, administration method, as well as your specific body chemistry.

  • Both Cause Medic and Knesko offer beautiful and highly effective products that are made with sustainable and cruelty-free processes. Please see Cause Medic and Knesko to learn more, or our Saunaday Market to purchase full-size versions of their product.
